Sustainability
Our designs are rooted in and respond to researched based sustainable techniques on all projects. We serve our clients with practical knowledge and as a collaborator, to find appropriate green technologies for a particular project. As we navigate the design process we determine the benefits and guide clients through options for LEED certifications, Green Globes certification, or following the International Green Construction Code. The International Green Construction Code is an optional part of the International Construction Code family of regulations, which governs all construction in Pennsylvania.
We have been a member of the USGBC, which establishes LEED standards for several years. We have worked with the Green Building Initiative in pursuit of Green Globes, and have designed projects per the International Green Construction Code guidelines.
