The steel framed structure sits on spread footings that step with the sloping grade. The exterior building materials consist of a glazed concrete masonry unit water table, an exterior insulation finish system and a glazed storefront window system. The roofing materials included a 3 tab 25-year warranty mineral surfaced asphalt fiberglass roof shingle.

On the gabled roof, a built-up roof system with an aluminum coating on the flat roof and a glazed canopy system above the main entry, The mechanical systems include through wall unit ventilators in the classrooms and a gas fired boiler for fin radiation and forced air throughout the majority of the building.
