MONTROSE LIBRARY

The Palumbo Group designed the addition of a three story stair tower to The Susquehanna County Historical Society & Free Library association building. The addition provided much needed storage space and accommodated code compliance relative to circulation between floors.

The design matched the materials and architectural style of the traditional red brick Georgian Building. The brick color, window treatment, dentiled cornice, and roof balustrade were all designed to match the existing architectural character, creating a seamless addition.
