NORTH OFFICE BUILDING

In cooperation with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission and the Capitol Preservation Society, The Palumbo Group was the Arthitect of Record for this Department of General Services historical restoration project. Renovation was completed within budget and on schedule.

The Palumbo Group was responsible for the membrane roofing area replacement, parapet wall restoration, related copper flashing replacement, copper batten seam roof and built-in copper gutter replacement. Also, renovations included elevator upgrades, exterior facade restoration and restoration which included exterior window face lead paint abatement.
