TMG Health

The Palumbo Group has been providing Architectural Services to TMG Health for over 10 years keeping pace with their rapid growth in the healthcare Business Process Outsourcing. Throughout the years we have helped TMG with renovations to expand their leased office spaces in Scranton and Dunmore. Currently under construction is a new headquarters facility located in the Valley View Business Park in Jessup, PA.

The Palumbo Group is responsible for the programming, design development, construction documentation and construction administration of all interior tenant improvements within TMG’s 150,000 square foot building, including furniture layout and design for 1,200 people and executive offices. Many advanced technological components and specialized information systems were incorporated into the programming and space planning of TMG Health’s new facility.

The Palumbo Group worked with TMG’s personnel, the building developer, and the core & shell design team to coordinate the interior architecture components within the parameters of guaranteed maximum price and aggressive design build schedule.
